A brief guide to Angeliki, our current strategy, and how to connect with us.
About Angeliki
What is Angeliki Apheresis?
A U.S. healthcare holding company focused on acquiring, integrating, and expanding specialized apheresis clinics. The platform is in development.
How has the strategy changed?
The earlier Angeliki Fund website described a private equity fund focused on dementia and aging-related care. Angeliki’s current strategy is a holding company focused specifically on U.S. apheresis clinic businesses.
Does Angeliki currently have a clinic network?
This website presents the platform-development strategy. It does not list an operating clinic network or announce completed acquisitions.
Can I invest through this website?
No investment subscription or public offering is available here. This is a corporate website for information about the company, acquisitions, and potential healthcare partnerships.
Acquisitions
What kinds of businesses are of interest?
Established U.S. businesses with a meaningful therapeutic apheresis focus, clear operating foundations, and a potential fit with Angeliki’s integration strategy. Plasma donation centers are outside the current focus.
Which geographies are priorities?
California and Florida are the initial acquisition priorities, with Texas also of interest. These priorities do not represent current clinic locations.
Are there fixed financial criteria?
Financial and operating requirements are evaluated during an acquisition discussion. We do not publish valuation multiples, financing terms, or transaction commitments on this website.
Is an initial conversation confidential?
Please keep the first introduction non-confidential. Before sharing sensitive business information, discuss appropriate confidentiality arrangements with the team.
Healthcare & contact
Does this website provide medical advice or accept referrals?
No. It provides corporate information and a way to contact Angeliki about business matters. Patients should contact their treating clinicians about medical care.
How can a healthcare organization contact Angeliki?
Use the healthcare partnership contact option to introduce your organization and the topic you would like to discuss. Do not include patient information.
Why does the email address still use angeliki-fund.com?
We are retaining the existing business contact address during the brand transition. The company strategy described here is Angeliki Apheresis.
